At Shareppy International<\/strong>, we believe that technology only makes sense when it solves real problems<\/strong>. That’s why, during the 2025 Financial Cooperative Convention<\/strong> in Pereira, we set ourselves the task of listening. Not to the figures, but to the people behind them: the advisors, managers, and teams who build the cooperative dream day after day.<\/p>\n

We organized an activity called \u201cThe Wall of Pain\u201d,<\/strong> an open space where participants could write down the main challenges they face in their credit processes. What we discovered was as revealing as it was inspiring.<\/p>\n

The responses naturally fell into three main stages: application, approval, and follow-up.<\/strong><\/p>\n
